Report: CEO Gazprom Neft can raise 2018 net profit, EBITDA, divs
MOSCOW, Jun 9 (PRIME) -- Russian oil company Gazprom Neft expects its net profit, earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) and dividends to grow in 2018, CEO Alexander Dyukov told channel Rossiya 24 in an interview broadcast on Saturday.
“There is every reason to expect that 2018 will be more successful than 2017 (in financial terms) and that we will make our shareholders happy by even higher dividend payments,” Dyukov said.
The CEO did not disclose the figures, saying that they will depend on many factors including the future of the OPEC plus nonmember oil output reduction agreement.
If they allow us to raise oil production in the second half of the year, it will additionally influence our financial results and it will be much better than the financial result of 2017,” he said.
